What am I?

Ignoring logic, something like 'god' or 'jesus' seems a likely option.

I'm onto your game, Riddler. As usual you've laid the clues to your next nefarious scheme within the construct of the riddle, rather than in the answer to the riddle itself.

The immediate clue was in the way your phrased the puzzle--unrefined, ungrammatical, and primative, indicating a lower-than-average intelligence. Subhuman, one could say; animalistic.

Following that train of thought I realized that the themes in each line of your riddle corresponds to a verse in the songs of the George Orwell book "Animal Farm":

"Two legs" is the term the animals use to refer to the humans who run the farm. Snowball sings about "two legs bad" in the song, "Four legs good." This also corresponds to your line, "is man."

The other two themes in your puzzle are strength and growth; "is grow," "is strong." In "This isn't what we wanted," there is a line: "You must be strong to grow Animalism."

Of his inspiration for the book, Orwell was once quoted as saying, "It struck me that if only such animals became aware of their strength we would have no power over them, and that men exploit animals."
