So have you guys personalised your phones or do you just use generic ringtones? Any interesting or funny ones out there?

My brother has the Metal Gear Solid Codec ringing as his ringtone and the ! tone as his text tone.

Personally I dont use ringtones. My phone is usually on vibrate, and because my left hand goes in my left pocket, and my iPod goes in my right pocket when I walk, my phone goes in my messenger bag...so I rarely even feel it vibrate and because Im usually listening to music, I never hear it go off if it isnt on vibrate.

Need to sort that out, no wonder I keep missing things.

My phone (and phone company) is kinda crappy, so like, I can't just put ringtones on it that are not from a selected craplist. (T-MOBILE)
I know there is a way you can email your phone a ringtone to use it.

I usually just put my phone on vibrate too.

I absolutely hate when people put songs as their ringtones. Who really wants to listen to the first ten seconds of a song over and over? I have a standard Nokia ringtone, "Low", mainly because since no one else uses it it's very distinctive. My text sound is about 3 seconds of a micro-edited drumloop that sounds like a noise from Transformers.

I love when my phone rings I usually wait for it to end then call the person back.

EDIT: Yea KA, I hate that too.. I normally don't put real songs as my ringtone, because then it makes me either want to listen to the song or stab my eardrums out because it sounds so shitty over a phone speaker.
