And how on Earth is she putting her hand inside the TV? Anything supernatural in the first film was entirely rational in the DD universe. Putting your hand inside a TV does not really follow the same laws of physics as being able to see people's travel paths.

At least the girl has grown up hot. And the small town seems to match the style of the first film.

Yeah, you see what happened there was somebody had an opinion that differed from yours. You may think DD or some other high ranker on IMDB was crap but maybe not the next guy, so don't go off dismissing them as choosing a favourite movie because it's cool just because you didn't like the film.

Yeah I agree. But I kind of think that it's a movie alot of people put in top 5/10 or whatever just becouse it's a cool thing to do.

Donnie Darko was indeed pretty damn good ... though I think it was due to some kind of one in a million accidental miracle. Kelly has shown both through the Director's Cut and Southland Tales that he is a truly terrible, terrible director.

Nevertheless, DD was good ... and this looks like a generic straight to DVD film.
