Gordon is also able to take WAYY too many shots. Sam Fisher is a realistic character in that he is able to take like 2 or 3 shots (on hard) before he dies.

How do you know? We never really got to play him for too long, he could have done it when he was knocked out and you didn't know as you only get 2 senses. Also Sam was in 'nam, end of story.

Comparing Gordon and Sam is like a comparing a Bear to a Rabbit.

The bear is Gordon Freeman, although he does not use stealth or speed, he has the muscle to make up for it.

The rabbit is Sam Fisher, although not as strong as a bear, it is very fast and agile creature.

You should put Gordon against another bear and Sam against another rabbit for a fair fight.

Sam has a knife which is way better than a crowbar. Sam is trained to kill people. If Sam grabs Gordon from behind, which he will, Gordon is screwed.

sam has a voice. Sam has a character. Gordon does not because he is meant to be a reflection of the player. Therefore, Sam would whoop gordon's ass big time. Sam could kill gordon with voice alone.
