ravenholme definitely had a dreadful and suspenseful mood to it, but i'ld have to say a split-second in "Our Benefactors" (i believe) scared me the most.
made me jump out of my seat.
the 2nd time you get in one of those pods, i was busy looking around at all the eye-candy and the immense size of the citadel's interior, to turn around and see an amputated-mutated-human-type-thing in a pod similar to mine pass directly in front of me screaming its head off

Hmm... Ravenholm was definately scary, but for some reason there's one part in particular that scared me the most. It was in one of those city levels- anti-citizen one, I think. Anyway, I was rumaging through some ruble, when I heard some faint, kinda-creepy music. So I god forward, and I enter this collapsing apartment building- and the music got louder! I turned around and I see the Gman, staing at me on an UNPLUGGED TV. A split-second later it turns itself of and the music stops. That scared the crap outta me. I still get goosebumps just thinking about it
