Leisure Suit Larry is already the closest step there. It's utterly mindless. Admittedly I haven't played it, but somehow I doubt that it's packed full of brain-taxing political intrigue and reflex-challenging action sequences. Uh, at least not the sort I'd want to play.

It actually does make sense, as during Jannette and Therese's "(di)alogue" (if you've played the game you'll get it) Jannette's permiscuity is frequently brought up, so it follows logically that if you do something nice for her, she'll do something nice for you.
