Vote now! If you think they are all ugly, vote for the least ugly. We're not talking about specs here jerks, just looks.

why that nicknames?

and I cant decide beetween ps3 and revolution

Even tho you can't see the pics...I still say the PS3 is the sexiest.

You know there are so many polls on the new consoles, I'm gonna make one "Best console to chuck at your friend when you get PWNED."

PS3... followed by Revolution, and then X-Box.
Dont get me wrong though, I think they all look nice.

Do it.

I don't like the look of the revolution all that much, but I'm torn between the PS3 and the X-Box 360. I'd probably have to pick the PS3.

I think the Playstation 3 is the best looking, followed by the Xbox 360, and then the Revolution.

Based solely on looks, I would prefer the small and sleek style of the Revolution... and I like the black/silver/blue color scheme.

Now, if they could pack the muscle of the PS3's architecture in there along with the media center features mentioned in the Microsoft press conference... my social life would all but disappear.

Revolution looks nice and stylish, PS3 + Xbox 360 for tied second. But I'll probably buy either a PS3 or Xbox 360, unless I get revolved......:O

I love the seXBox360. It just screams, "Yipppeee!!!!!!"

Plus it's crazy small. Roughly the size of my router.

-Revolution WINS for looking like a sexed-up PS2 (which was already quite sexy on its own.)
The glowing disk-hole, portable size and smooth right angles give it the plus.

-PS3 gets RUNNER UP for being slick, but perhaps too much so. The roundness gives it no definition (although it looks better upright and in black version.) It does actually look like real technology though, so it gets bonus points for not being the...

-Xbox! Xbox = huge lol.
That, combined with a design scheme that brings to mind a yogurt container in the year 3000, makes me want to store cold drinks in it like a mini-fridge.
Only the drinks would melt all over and it would get LAST PLACE.

revolution looks boring, hell that little f*cking cube looks more inspired
PS3 looks beautiful with the curves and everything, and Xbox 360 is a close second, just cause you can replace the faceplate

That's exactly how I feel. The Xbox360 is rather silly in design now that I think of it. Those people who like to put their consoles on their shelves (and don't have much space between) won't be able to turn it on it's side because the damn curve on the left. The result would be an unattractive tilt.

As for the Revolution looking boring, I'd have to disagree. Nintendo is trying to appeal to more adult gamers and not just the kids. The GameCube was a cute little purple box, but it still looked like a children's toy. The design for the Revolution looks more mature and stylized. :)

how is it mature and stylized? it's minimalistic at best, which is not the same thing, if anything it lacks any style

Stylized: adj : using artistic forms and conventions to create effects; not natural or spontaneous.

I'd say it's stylized. The simple light and the slight tilt from the base, along with the bold contrasting shapes are very much so. Certainly not loopy and natural.
As for mature, I don't see any clashing colours, cartoon characters or nerfgun-style needless appendages. It's actually cooly functional.
Cool and fuctional = mature in my books.

Artistically, it's the best of the three.

The other two just slapped some useless curves on to look more futuristic, I guess. The Ps3 was more restrained though, keeping a more generic 'fax machine from 2050' look.

Xbox just looks like a failed I-pod prototype built in 1985.

my PC owns them all put together. seriously, and by a large margin. one day i'll take pics

Nintendo - Looks like an ugly box with neon lights :(
Microsoft - Getting better, I hate the shape.
Sony - Mmm.. sexy.

The only console I have from this current generation is the Xbox (recieved it as a Christmas gift from my relatives). One of my gripes with its design was the curved top. You barely noticed it, but when it came time to try and stack things on top of the machine (if you're like me and have little shelf space) they would slide off.

The same thing could ring true for the PS3. The curved top would make it difficult to stack controllers or game boxes on top. Although this may not be a concern after all, because it looks to be of smaller size than the gigantic Xbox.

We also have yet to see the controllers for the Revolution and PS3. One of the few things I like about the Xbox360 is that they went with pretty much the same controller design as before. I thought the Xbox controller was very well-done (the common smaller ones, not the jumbo things at the launch. Even with my large hands I still found the big ones dificult to get the hang of).

Man.. i loved the original controllers. I still use them. Although my hands hurt in the end, I've never bothered to get used to the S controllers; I think i'd rather use the S than the boomerang dildo that sony put forth.

Admitly the controllers for the ps3 look abit...strange to say the least, but hey, when Xbox and gamecube came out, there controllers looked strange but ended up very comfy.

So they have shown the PS3 controllers. I'll have to take a look.

I don't like any of the designs too much. The Revolution looks bland awkward. The PS3 looks like a space grill. The Xbox 360... meh.

That said, I found the Xbox 360 to be the least offensive.

1.Xbox 360
2.Playstation 3
3.Revolution

X360 looks really fresh
PS3 looks not bad
Revolution looks alright

Did you see the pic BRODIEMAN2k4 posted? Well, the boomerangs that guy is throwing are PS3 controllers.
