I had this one 24 year old South Korean born woman from Pensacola hit on me once. Not only was she like 80lbs. overweight, but she was practically insane by my standards as she was a former rape victim. (let's be honest, she's likely to be a little scrambled in the head after such a dramatic life changing experience and for the most part, I was right.) I felt sorry for her and indeed wanted to be her friend, so from that point forward we were just friends.

Or so at least I though until she asked me out. I dated her for awhile, but dumped her because she too often meddled in the relationships with some of her other friends. It's one thing to help a friend and offer them advice but it's another to mingle in the relationships of others and so I got sick of bailing her out of problems she had no business interfering with in the first place.

She wouldn't stop calling me after we broke up so finally I had to have my cell phone number changed. She was obsessed with me because I was the nicest guy she ever met.
Obession != Love and is quite dangerous in any relationship. I don't like clingy women. I prefer the hard-to-get variety, because at least they don't have self-esteem issues.

All-in-all, I had some experience with suicidal hanger-ons, and it wasn't pleasant. If anything you have to be blunt with them or they won't get the message.
My dad was afraid she was going to come after me with a shotgun wearing diapers a.l.a Charles manson style or something.

Aww com'on Stern, I was hoping you'd take my story seriously. :| :arms:

To be fair, she could've been an attractive girl if she'd just took some pride in herself physically. She is Korean.

The moral of the story: don't date women who've had a traumatic experience or women who mingle in the personal relationships of others. Just be friends.
Women are difficult enough to understand without the added "life trauma" complex.

Although it's impossible for me to just be friends with many women without them becoming romantically involved with me. (Mostly older women than me too. Like in their late twenties/early thirties. I've even had a few in their early fourties hit up on me.)

Also, I am admittedly a bit shallow. I'm so embarrassed to admit that though.
 
you're shallow? but you did date a woman who you describe as being 80 pounds overweight (that's like 2 Amy Winehouses) ...so obviously you arent that shallow :E

I'm just ribbing you, fat bottom girls need love too ..they're also eager to please so oral/pearl necklace/goldenshowers/chest loaf are usually ok so it's all good

We both were alittle wierd. I guess that's why we got along so well.

Another problem however was she wasn't a gamer. Not even the slightest. :p

Nor did she care a lick about science, robotics, etc.
She did care about computers, but only when her's broke and she'd ask me to fix it so she could log on to MySpace again.
