Sleeping!

Usually 1-2 hours. I'm always wired when i jump into bed no matter how long i've been up.
 
Does anyone find that when you're tired, but don't want to fall asleep (IE: watching a movie) it can take several seconds, and you're asleep before you know it, but when you're tired and do want to fall asleep it takes a lot longer?

Oh, and on average it take me 30-45 minutes.
