I think, if you look at the stance the water character has, it's probably Alyx. Or maybe the Administrator's very camp?
Which would detract a little from him being sinister.

I'm sure this has been covered before, but I'm pretty sure theres an easter egg at the end of the long e3 movie right after the strider shoots gordon. A bunch of colored objects show up. Watching it in slow motion, I can see one is Alyx, another the Gman, another one of the horse statues from City 17, but theres a bunch of other faces and writing that I can't make out.....

1. random faces you think you see in the shadows.
2. random misspellings you think you see because you are blind and stupid.
3. graphical glitches. glitches are not easter eggs.
4. a slight tint in someone's eye or some monitor reflection. those have been picked apart, and that would have been pretty lame anyway.
5. anything that's been mentioned before, which is probably everything you could have imagined.
