Out of curiosity, are you reading it from Genesis - Revelation?

Well... the thing is, I'm reading "The New International Version" of the Bible, and it doesn't have Genesis. It begins with Matthew. It seems to have been painstakingly translated to more "modern" language, and it has all sorts of sourced quotes and qualifiers like "* some early manuscripts do not have <phrase>". So it's probably a very accurate translation of original texts. I got it from the public library.

i'm on vacation now and yesterday was atrocious. had to wake up 5 hrs earlier than usual, lost 5 hrs of sleep, dropped my car off for repairs, then tried getting some sleep but to no avail. then picked up my car, went to my bros to help put siding on his new house in 30 degree wind chills, then had a friend over to watch 21. thank god i got 9+ hrs of sleep but I feel about 100 lbs heavier right now
