Do you want to mount the image or just see what's inside of it? If you want to mount the image and use it like an actual CD/DVD, use Daemon Tools. To view it, I believe WinRAR can open them, and there's also WinISO.

To unzip them you can use IZARC. It's free. It's really all I use, but occasionally I do use 7-Zip.
