Yes, someone will definetly complain about the 'shadow bugs' 
Also, they will complain that certain things in old screenshots arent in. Like i havent seen any new pics of the hydra or that ship level so its possible big things like that got cut.

well im fairly confident that my Sapphire ATi Radeon ULTIMATE 9600xt,2.8 ghz,120 GB hard disk space and 512MB Ram can handle HL2 on full specs
but i could be wrong and even if it doesnt im still as heck gonna enjoy this game but yes there will probably be a flood of fanboys rambling on about something like "OMG TEH PIXEL IS OFF PLACE!!"

It's a fact, there will always be people who whine about how a game "sucks" but at the end of the day, why should any of us care aslong as we enjoy it ourselves?
I think i done the right thing staying well away from any HL2 forums until just a week ago. I don't have my expectations too high, and I don't have HL2 on the brain like most here. I just know i'm going to enjoy the game for what it is. I'm sure my P3.2, 1.5gb of RAM and X800 Pro will handle it just fine, which is nice.
What I find really annoying though is how so many people seem to want to believe that the game is crap and the high reviews are biased or "BS", I wish them people whining about it would just accept the fact it's a good game that deserves a high score.
