You should of made an undecided choice :(

Cuase right now im not sure....Mario is by far better than the games i see for PSP as of now, but the PSP has amazing gfx and a huge screen.

Its a toss up for me right now.

yea maria was the only decent game, u shud see nfs:Underground on sony psp, looks great

Importing the PSP when it gets released in the US. Can't wait. :)

Had both in my hands yesterday.

The DS is not twice the size of the PSP at all. They are really surprisingly close in the size stakes. I must admit that the PSP blew me away when I first started playing about with it, but I think a lot of that was because of the aestethics of the unit, rather than the substance. The screen is massive, it's comfortable to hold, and the tiny little joystick under the d-pad is superb.

However, in terms of sheer innovation and pushing games design to new levels, the DS pisses all over it. Having played the Metroid Prime: Hunters demo that came with it for about 45 minutes, I can say that the control system is as close to a PC FPS as I've ever had on a console. The stylus works beautifully once you adapt, but that can take a few minutes. Imagine the possibilities of the DS. Touch screen, voice sensitive, extremely playable games. The PSP just can't compete, simply because it's just going to be a shitting ground for EA and it's massive cash-cows.

I'm going to get both, but that's because as far as I'm concerned they do entirely different things.

I've also tried both (still holding onto the psp) from what i've experienced with both machines, is the DS is purley aimed at for the lack of a better word the "Kiddie" market. No offense to anyone I had a riot with it for the week I borrowed it.

Meanwhile the PSP also focuses on aspects such as music, images, movies and file storage. So far I've tinkered with mp3s and a few jpg images. The games are what you can expect with d pad and a few other buttons. Would've been better if I could understand more than 50 out of every thousand Kanji.

Both machines have their own purpose, and in the end it all rolls down to what features your after.

On a side note the DS with it's touch screen takes a whole new meaning to "Explicit gaming"

Woo neither! PC GAMING FOREVAR!!!!!11eleven. :p
