Hey all. Well after getting board modellin gun after gun and them skin mappin them, i thought i might aswell try my hand at character modelling.
This is for Chaos Ops by the way. Dunno if hes gonna be used though.
He is losely based around Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell, and also some other work from CGTalk.com. Hes got a silenced Beretta and an UMP .45 on his back you may of seen those models posted here somewhere.
Keep in mind this is my first finished character he is still a WIP but comment away.
Poly count is 3800 by the way. I double checked it too it seemed a bit low. But r well what a ya gonna do
Heres the basic model
Now once id finished him i wanted to pose him for another render. So i taught myself to rig my character. Rig being creating a skeleton. My skeleton didnt turn out to bad, but i took short cuts everywhere, such as there is no head bone or hand and finger bones .
So heres the Posed render.
