localized content(different languages, and changes to content in countries that do not allow/whatever some stuff).
It's already been in a email posting in this site that the next preload is localized content.

IMHO, we can look for one each week, but not nessecarily everyone will get them. They have been doing this for weeks...release content, wait for bandwidth to level out, load more content. Ever since CS:S was released.
