whenever i try to join any game on steam, it says steam ticket something (it' an error) i can't join anything

delete this file in steam, then start up steam, steam will update itself immediatly and it will work afterwords, I dont know why it works but it works for everyone that has tried it so far.

the error you are getting means that the server holding your authentication information is down and wont let you join any games... theres not much you can do except wait for steam to get all their servers up ....*sigh*...

You can fix it, It happend to me to

Heres what you do
Click on settings
then logout
then log back in

Worked for me and everyone else that ive told to try it

valve released a patch for this, i used to have this problem but then steam updated and now it doesnt happen. ITs easy to fix though if a little irritating. just click the setting button for steam and click the log-out button. DONT just close steam because it wont work. once youve logged out steam wil close, start it up againand put in your password again and itll all work fine
