You know how we can tell that Zarqwai is still the head of the "Insurgency" in Iraq? He's been using teenagers with Down Syndrome to attack US targets -- now, am I wrong, or is that just plain retarded?
Only a person with experience from fighting in Chechnya or the Gaza strip, would've known how to manipulate a simple boy into strapping a bomb onto his chest. Whats worse -- the boy who had downs, was'nt carrying the Detonator. Zarqwai's luietenants were.

So, after awhile of being pushed back and uprooted -- they inherently declare themselves Al-Qaeda, working with a Jordanian Terrorist Mastermind who came to Iraq to fight against America. Now, this Jordanian terrorist used to operate outside of Fallujah -- this is where Baathist Extremists, Sunni Rebels, and previous Military Advisors and Elite Guardsmen united and declared themselves to be Al-Qaeda.
The new organization is now not the "Insurgency", its now Tawhid Al-Qaeda. So therefore, what was the Insurgency -- now declared itself to be of a terrorist organization.
Before Fallujah is invaded -- almost, on the eve of it being taken; Zarqwai and the Iraqi Military Personel form the Ansar Al Sunnah Army, which would Operate in Northern Baghdad. Tawhid Al-Qaeda Ansar-Al Sunnah Army, is the full name cooperatively.
Now, why did they do that? Because they're own parties munitions and soldiers were in dissarray; they needed another foundation to fall back on, when it was low on members and support.

Your insurgents, declared themselves to be Al-Qaeda. Now, not only are they terrorists, but were fighting the same war as we did in Afghanistan. Surely those, "terrorists", knew their gamble.

Maybe you forgot that line right there. Prove to me that the US invaded Iraq for political gain and I will say that the US is a terrorist nation. Seeing as how the rest of the world has a great amount of dislike for the US I fail to see how the US invaded for political gain.

This thread has turned into a flame fest. Which is rubbish, really.
The Politics section is a privilege, not a right.
Ever since it was created, all thats happened here is childish bickering.
Its back and forth between people like theres no tommorow.
If all of you don't immediately cut the crap attitude around here, then there'll be a hell of a lot more warnings, and the politics section will be taken away.
Its like we're punishing a little kid, and quite frankly, thats how you're all acting.
I hope I've made it clear enough, because if you dont get the message by now, then you have it coming to you.
