Good game guys. Sorry I had to leave after the first two, my sister needed the internet for some hmwk and I had to do this huge project. We'll definately have to do this again sometime.

Lols, I was shooting at the same building as you, might explain some of the kill assists i got. I was on top of the building on the other side of that wall on your left, in the picture.

We were raining hot M24 lead onto their heads. :)

MMMM I just went crazy in the battle recorder, 137 pics. If anyone wants to see them tell me and ill zip them and put them somewhere.
 
darkwolf was amazing on sharqi - as first the mobile spawn point for me, jimbo and shaky and then as a sniper in the next round

Haha, I was like "you guard the main, I'll go and tell you when there's someone at the train accident". So I'm there waiting when suddenly "oh, shit!" a whole squad running my way :D 6 guys is a little too much for me :p

I thought about trying to make one as well but I don't know how to strip the recording off nametags. You once told me that if I won't press space during the playback, the nametags won't appear (if I'm not mistaken). Therefore I decided to switch through players with the 't' key but the nametags do appear. What am I doing wrong?

Don't switch through the players. At all. When the demo starts, type renderer.drawHUD 0 in console to get rid of the HUD and after that just move freely through the level. It's doable when you know which actions you want to capture, but with the mayhem in the games yesterday it might be kind of a hassle. I am keeping the nametags, but removing the HUD when I am gonna do the movie.

The shitty thing is, since I only have a headset, I can't capture the sound. Fraps only picks up the sound from my mic. Any workarounds for that?

Something wrong with your settings? FRAPS (trial version) records the sound from the game for me.

It has something to with the fact that I don't have any speakers, just a USB-headset. Nevermind, the images will speak for itself.

As I said there is 137 of them, mostly of Sharqi, and alot of the chopper wars between Evo and Amish. There are some pretty awsome shots with the choppers.

I can't put them up now, too busy, but i'll get to it soon. Also I have to sort through and choose the first best few.

that scared the shit out of me, i was trying to pull off as fast as i could (but as we all know the USMC helo takes its god damn time ;() i looked left and i saw Evo coming, i was thinking "Shit. going to have to respawn" but then miracuously the chopper took off!

what we should do is get a few guys to take some pics, then have the guys who are in the pics tell what happened before, during and after the pic

It's just a teaser, and like I wrote, I still can't get the sound working, but it was a lot of fun to make. The people featuring in this clip: Unfocused in the Humvee, Bvgasm shooting AT, Kamikazie planting the C4, Crazy Jeep Driver pwning the dude in the alley, Rando in the tank, and the Dude squad pwning three 256 dudes. I have the whole week off, so expect something more extensive around thursday or friday.
 
That was the greatest BF2 video I have ever seen, especially the music! Can't wait to see the full one you'll put together.

Thanks. Suggestions for added scenes are more than welcome. Just tell me which map, which side and a rough when / where / what. Example: Sharqi while playing MEC; I totally pwnt a guy with my APC near Hotel at the beginning of the round.

Most of the screenshots in this thread are taken on the battlerecorder. Just download the files Evo posted and you can re-run the whole match.
