The Day The World Went Away (Still Version) by Nine Inch Nails

Head like a Hole - Nine Inch Nails

You guys forced me to get NIN. You rock. That is all.

Amon Tobin - Sordid

So, Stern, do you listen to music at work or are you lying about "pretty much visiting the site only while at work"?

I listen to music while at work (itunes radio, 90's alternative woxy vintage) ..why is that out of the ordinary?

Nah, I was just wondering. I imagine you in a corporate environment which I would think would frown on that.

Hallucinogen - Gamma Goblins

it's small sized corporate; pretty casual, I wear jeans most of the time ..I listen at low volumes, cuz some of the music I listen to isnt very PC ..the other guy in the office is 10 feet away so cant hear much not that he would complain

the Stones - Midnight rambler

I don't know by My Dad's Massive Stereo Downstairs It's Nice To Be Home From Uni.

I'm just going downstairs to find out what it is. Wish me luck.

Dude Looks Like A Lady by Aerosmith

...from my mom's radio.

Shulman - One Step Closer

Considerably better (psybient) than the Linkin Park song of the same name.

Mogwai - I Know You Are But What Am I?

Theres something about this song, like it is being contained, you almost feel like it is about to really explode into something louder but it keeps it's measured pace the whole way which is why I really like it.

Modest Mouse - Broke

Modest Mouse are such a beautiful band. It's atonishing. I hope to never grow tired of them.

The Doors - Riders On The Storm

Goddamn classic.

EDIT: And now I'm doing John Miles - Music after having played The Animals - House Of The Rising Sun. I'm on a nostalgia roll.

Tool was amazing live, I wish I could get a copy of the things they were playing on the screens to accompany each song.

Battles - Atlas

SOOOO not the best tool song ever. I'm of the opinion that Aenima is better than Lateralus as an album. I would say the best Tool song ever is Third Eye or Aenema. Or the Salival version of Pushit. Lateralus is great though.

Battles - Leyendecker

Pickin' On Modest Mouse: Bluegrass Tribute - A Different City
