THE RIG. From Wild 9.

Oh yes, your fancy gravity gun is so cool, being able to pick up objects and throw them at people. Your glorified heavy lifter that you grip with two hands and uses that zero-point energy to pick stuff up. Well The RIG is built into my goddamned SHOULDER, and it doesn't just pick up objects--it picks up people, allowing me to smash them into bloody pulp by slamming them into objects, or the ground, or hurling them at other enemies. It's like having the super gravity gun at all times. It's also indestructible and there's a tiny bat-thing living in it.

Notable mentions:

Crossbow - Half-Life
Hivehand - Half-Life
Grenade launcher - Goldeneye
Remote mines - Goldeneye

Personally, I love giving a rollermine to the face.

Probably just the regular sniper rifle from Sniper Elite.

It makes it so hard to shoot someone (wind, gravity, distance), and if you actually get lucky enough to shoot someone (from far away), then it follows the bullet and it's just so awesome when you shoot a guy's eye out or something it's all slo-mo. So cool.

Or y'know the Cerebral Bore form Turok.

The RYNO from Ratchet and Clank 1, and the RYNOCRATOR from R&C 3.

One thing FEAR definately got right was the weapons.
