Id always imagined the portal storms being green.

It's a very good image UseAbuse (as are all of them), but I've always thought of the storms as purple/blue.

My main issue with most of the photoshop ones is that they're all either extremely chaotic, crowded for the sake of being crowded, or they simply don't work for me as City 17.

City 17 always has an overlay of greyish-black sky, for me...

With a hint of orange.

I really like this idea. I may be able to draw decently, but I'm not creative at all. Having a theme gives me something to base my art off of.
