The maximum size of your custom image is 100 by 100 pixels or 97.7 KB (whichever is smaller).
Resize it or compress it more.

And next time, please make your question a little more specific, i had no idea what the crap you were talking about

Open your avatar w/ MS Paint
Select the Image menu
Select the Attributes menu item

Then you can set your width and height.
Save your avatar (under diff name, in case it sucks)
Use a jpg extension, if its from a photo, use gif if from a drawing. That should get you them minimum file size.

He's talking about the profile picture (the one in a user's profile on the right), it can be 100x100 and 97KB.

I think the original poster was asking about the avatar though, I'm not sure.

if u cant figure it out go to google and type whatever picture you want and next to it pu 50x50 and pictures will show up and save then load it.
