The Pro-Japan and Anti-Korean/Treason Acts Examination Commitee, a direct organization of the president of Korea, have named 120 people as "Country-sellers" and "Righteous activity supressers" along with just "Traitors". Most of them have actively supported the Japanese occupation of Korea, and even have helped kill the righteous soldiers and student activists protesting for the independence of Korea. Others have supplied tanks and weaponery and recruited for WW2

Well, first off, the name "Pro-Japan and Anti-Korean/Treason Acts Examination Commitee" is too long.

And second, its 66 years too late. Most of the real traitors have died now and there are only 120 remaining.

Under Korean criminal law code 87, 90, 91, 93, 94, 95, 99, along with 312 ~ 345 the 120 should be sentenced to death. Or at least Life in prison/40 years, according to criminal code 55-1.

But what do you think? Should treason that happened 66 years ago be punished? I think so, but what about you? State your answers and reasons. :)

Justice is a little late in the day.

Really doesn't matter what you do to people who are what, 90 years old...

Ahh, but they have their offspring, which can be punished instead, according to the Treason Acts Law.

J/K right?

'OK, your dad robbed a bank 60 years ago, but hes a bit long in the tooth now, so we're locking you up instead!' :D

Lol, no. They just take away any money and property they might have left behind/given.

Information: They collaborated actively with the japanese during the occupation and helped Japan occupy other places too. They held high places in the colonial goverment and exploited Koreans for money. ect.

Hmmm? The kids? You don't punish person A for person B's crime, even if person A is related to person B. You just don't.

They just take away the money, which was their parent's, who got it through very immoral means.
