That's a pointless line of discussion. The issue isn't wether or not something's physical, but if it should be granted moral rights. Arguing that cells that form at the point of inception are children is utterly ridiculous.

While I do think there is an acceptable basis for debate when the formation of a major nervous system forms, abortion itself is not an issue.
