got this idea from here ...it's more tongue in cheek than serious ...so please no flames, just write down your choice and why you chose it and move on

Canada isn't on the list. :p

I won't comment on which country I think it is but I give this topic a couple more replies before it is an all out US bashing flame war.

NO FLAME WARS PLEASE!!!

canada's not there cuz there's not enough choices plus besides it's love for seal clubbing I dont think it should be in the top 10

Well I say put Canada on there anyways.

Lets see what happens.

NK, beacouse it's one of the, if not the, worst dictatorship(s) on earth. While the people starve to death, the leaders are swimming on money. Kim Jong-Il got, for example, the largest Porsche collection in the world.

nah that's a wasted space ..only a few peeps will vote on it ..and methinks more out of spite than anything else

hey 3 of you responded but only one of you voted! vote now! or we will invade!

Well put it anyways not to be biased. :frown:

So put it.

I cant, you cant change poll selections after you've hit submit

CptStern, When I eneter the page only one person had voted, and that vote was on the US. Was that you?

I refuse to vote in this poll. Can government be evil? Sure. Can groups of people be evil? Hell yeah. But can any of these nations (or any nations at all) in their entirety (gov't, peeps, ideals, religion, etc.) truly be considered evil? Naw.

I think the assumption is on the governments not the people ..and I did say it wasnt all that serious ...that's why I put france in there :E

I should have put these 2 selections:

I'm american and I voted for North Korea

I'm not american and I voted for North Korea

would be interesting to see how many of the people voting for North korea are american

I voted for NK...In my mind we shoulda went after them first.

Oh. Well....I'm going to ignore the first part of that statement and assume it's based on the people. France. Northern France, at least. I looooove southern France

Please tell me that was a joke. Somebody has voted for France, but I hope it's not you.
Hey, he put it there as a joke, so I voted it as a joke. Just a little harmless fun.

I know, I know...such a thing has no place in the politics forum...but I'm a rebel!

That's it, shoot the commie!

;)

The term "evil" is hard enough to quantify as it is, but anyone who consideres the US or France "evil" has serious problems if they are not joking.

It's funny how americans vote for N.Korea yet the rest of the world votes for America.

It's funny how your statement says it's funny, yet your emoticon says it's not.

And hey, I'm American, and I voted for France!

I meant funny in a 'funny in the head' way, not funny as in humorous.

You americans are all funny. :|

Is anyone out here actually going to argue that America is more evil than North Korea?

I hope not, it's blatently obvious that it is.

America invades countries to take their nuclear capabilities away, whilst itself stockpiling large amounts of nuclear warheads.

Where is the logic in this? Practice what you preach for f***s sake. The only reason America has those warheads is because nobody likes America anyway and they'd be every countries #1 target if they had no nukes.

Being patriotic is one thing, but being so far up your own arses that you think you should actually intefere with the politics of other countries because you think your system is better is just f*cking wrong.

Ha....so naive. You must think logic and intelligence are prevalent in the world.

Ah...an Isolationist. Well if I could go back in time and make the US maintian it's isolationst policy back in WW2 I would. Just for you.

Of course that would result in London being bombed flat, and you speaking German. But I wouldn't want you to be upset about the US interferring with the politics of Germany and England.

America doesn't decide which countries should and shouldn't have nuclear power; the UN does.

You don't think other countries try to push their views on to other countries? Do I really need to provide examples?

Being part of a coallition is good. It means you're working in a team, with a shared good objective.

Let the UN sort things out for the better, going it alone just shows you as being 'stuck up your own arses' forgive the expression but I can't think of a better one.

Did you ever think that the UN is too corrupt and inept too function any longer? You have to go back 50 years to find the UN actually functioning properly.

I agree with that; the problem is you only look at one administration does and then label the American people that way. I have a huge problem with people making idiotic statements like all Americans are arrogant.

So does that mean we should just get rid of it or reform it?

George W Bush got the popularity vote. Nuff said.
