UK needs those funny tabloids

I wen't to Florida on two occasions and will be going to Oregon later this year. I get extremely bored from reading the repetetive news of affairs, scandals, Iraq, politics, Iraq, Incompetence, Iraq, etc.

I think the UK should have those funny and strange tabloids that the good ol' USA have, you know the ones that have reports of "aliens taking over hell", that sort of things. Theres nothing like having a laugh on the way to work reading stuff like "Bounty Hunters have track down Father Christmas"

What does the people of the UK and Ireland think, and is there anybody from the USA who can give us and idea of these types of tabloids so to make up a decision

What are the tabloids names anyway, I lost mine when I got back.

I never buy them but occasionally read them if someone's got one lying around (no, seriously). They range from semi-trashy (The Sun) to "news" papers which in truth are just absorbant naked lady tissues (The Star). And then there's that hilarious little Facist comic book The Daily Mail.

And yes, Jordan is an ugly blemish on the face of disgust.

i think every country in the world should have at least one of those.....they keep the citizens healthy and skeptical(of the news media).

I think we do have those, but they arent so popular...


Anyway, they would be much better than the tripe thats printed in tabloids at the moment.

Oh and i dont think its the stiff arsed brits who buy the Sun and such like, more like the "Low end" of society...Call me prejudice but if you buy the Sun and its buddies for anything beyond, in fact no including the naked ladies then you deserve it.
