..is upon us. So share gift ideas, bitches. I'm still thinking, and there's only three days left to find something sweet :(

most girls don't want chocolates so I'd have to say....gift cards to places you would never be caught at....Katie's, Claire's, Victoria Secret....well, Victoria Secret, hmm

I'm giving a punch in the face to everyone I see on Valentines, out of sheer love.

Uuuhm rhyming poetry? I dislike non-rhyming poetry :p

Ask them what they want? They'll usually tell you :P
My girlfriend wanted a Panic! at the disco ticket. So I got us some :)

*Fixed.

I'm telling the girl I've liked for more than a while how I feel.

Damn good luck man. I don't think I could ever have the courage to confess.

Yeh she almost moved a hundred miles away permanently, so I want to say it while I can.

Guys quick question: Being a guy, how should I finish my cards if it's for friends (who I want to keep as friends - nowt sinister).
should I finish them with 'Love' or 'From' or what?

You don't send your freinds valentines cards.

:O why not?
Because they are your friends?
EDIT: I'd suggest something like "From" or "Your Name Here" (Not literally. I mean your real name goes there.)
or something that will just give them a small 'nudge' that you are glad to be friends with them.

Well it's not a valentines card as in "omfg I luv yuo! Maree me!" It's kind of "Hey you're a good friend, here's why:". But you didn't know that because you haven't read them so sorry :p.

Don't you think it's weird that girls can happily write "with love from" after things without it seeming weird, yet we can't? I mean I got given a christmas present off a female friend of mine (who's getting a card) and she wrote with love, but if I did that I think she'd think I loved her...

buh.

In your case, it's probably more of a gift to her not to have sex. :P

Coming from someone whose name resembles "borgasm" ...in which I'd assume you would use some scary shit(borgs from star trek o.o) in bed.

:bonce:

:p

He assimilates her.

1.A new computer with a dual core processor and a copy of half life2!!!!!
2.those marshmallow chicks and some of those stinky boiled eggs...o wait..wrong holiday.
3. a monkey
4. a can of pringles
5. a box of tissues
6. 100 lizards or mice
7. Walkie talkies!
8. A yo-yo
9. bake her a cake or something

Valentine's Day is such a load of nonsense.
Forgive me, but I don't consider it that "romantic" to be doing something on that day because it's been designated that one should. Surely it's more romantic to make some gesture of love on a whim, thus making it special, rather than expected?

Yes, I'm single, but if I was in a relationship, I'd still argue that case.
And probably end up single at the end of it.
You just can't win.

sheesh, I'm still in that phase of life where you get a box of star wars valentines with the preforated edges :|

I never get anything for Valentines Day. I used to get steaks to distract me. Oh, and I got a hug from a blind chick last year, but that's it.

they have a list of gift ideas to get and not to get on msn. But I dont have to worry about any of that crap. woot

Due to my girl being busy on the 14th, we exchanged gifts last night.

Got her a Jack Daniels Guitar Pick Necklace, little teddy and a pink heart keyring :D

She got me a metal necklace with a pendant on it, and Cardinal of the Kremlin by Clancy.

For you Dek, i'd say write 'Have a good day, your friend/mate Dek'

I only sign 'Love From Harry x' on things where I think it'll be funny.

Can't think of examples now.. aside from a joke I played on a co-worker once where I left him a note telling him to enjoy cleaning up the cellar (which he'd cleaned yesturday) when in fact it was clean :p

... well I found it funny, so did he :D

I get disappointment and sadness.

So write in your myspace about it.

edit: Mandatory "Remember kids! It's across the road, not down the road" or something like that.

I hate this shit holiday so much.

An orchestrated international day in which to show your love for someone? Wouldn't it be so much nicer if it was done more than once a year? And not on a day that everyone accepts as "the" day. :|

goddamn it i dont want to go to the mall its snowing out ****
