it dont matter about the "coop" command, in fact its useless on regular half-life, all you need is mp_allowmonsters and im sure theres a command to make monsters, and also like i said earlier, another part showing its fake is the teams are hgrunt and scientist

I highly doubt there is going to be coop because, well.... $niper said there wouldn't be a few pages back. Considering he's the lead programmer for a relitively large mod involving coop play that is surely in touch with valve, I believe him.

Still exciting stuff though, whatever is going on... too bad it hasn't changed in hours.

Yeah, co-op is sweet. Did anyone play co-op on the first Aliens vs. Predator? (gold edition for me) There werent really any objectives, but fraggin hundreds of aliens was awesome.

Or maybe it's because it makes no sense for a company to not even give a simple answer like "yes we have Hl2 mp, however that is the most we will say".

It's a very valid concern that HL2 doesn't have it's own MP. Even PCGamer didn't think there would be a traditional DM mode and the like for HL2. If there is, then that's great. But to say people who think it's a possibility that it might not have it's own MP aren't very bright is retarded.
