It's basically binding a key to say BOO! then suicide right after and then jumping out at perfect moments (ie - when at the edge of the vent in prodigy to scare Ts ) For example video:

I dont think anyone noticed that people were doing that. i.e. the tunnel in dust is usually so full of bullets you dont stop to notice the guy you were shooting /kill'ed himself.
The only one that was kinda funny was when the CT's team mate killed himself in the vent in prodigy- it looked like he tripped or something.

Then the video just devolved into TK'ing and map exploits.. wtf?

I don't think it'll kick off, you cant really tell that they commited suicide, and you don't really notice the BOO!
