Warren Spectator doesn't think we'll see HL2 this fall
Not that WS, the creator of Deus Ex 2, is necessarily any more in the know than we are, but this probably isn't a good sign, given that people who are tied into the industry directly (and the marketing end of things) generally have a much better idea about what's going on.

HL2 missing a 2003 release would, of course, be great great news for his gaming studio, though obviously not great news for him as a gamer.

With so many excellent first-person games coming out this winter season, Doom III and Half-Life 2 chief among them, how are you making sure that Deus Ex: Invisible War stands out as the brightest gem in such a prestigious group?
Sadly, it looks as if neither Doom 3 nor Half Life 2 will be coming out for fall after all, so standing out may not be quite as challenging as it might have been!
