I doubt it. Attacking a person do not mean you want to kill him/her. It's just a fight like we can see everyday. Maybe 1 year in jail...

You don't know if he's got a criminal record, he's probably on parole or something. If he gets caught he'll probably spend a lot of time in the big house. :O
