Well, after much input from the general public... I think the mspaint contest is perfect idea for the 20th art contest. Also, since nearly everyone has mspaint, (minus the mac/linux users ) there shouldn't be a major problem getting many people to enter it. What do you guys say to this:

Art Contest Week 20 Idea:

Create a HL2 Scene entirely in MS Paint

Lots of flexibility here, so we should get a broad range of entries.
