On a side note, just before midnight our president made a little speech about how we "the people" finally got where we wanted to go. Well, it could be worse. You could have Blair, who does a lot of talking about reaching the places we "wanted to go", but in his case almost nobody wants to go where he wants to go.

What does the EU accomplish? The only benefit for us that I can see is mutual protection, and why do we need that when we have NATO and the United States?
We lose our self-determination and our national integrity. We adhere to a set of criteria that some pompous socialist from the continent decided was "fair and just". We open our borders to nations of a lower economic status, which is detrimental to both our quality of life and our security. Why? We are much more like the Americans than we are the Europeans, so I don't see why we tie our future into that of Europe so closely. A federal EU would be a grave mistake.

Wages are falling, Lack of NHS beds and dentists, house prices increasing, water shortages down south (The areas with the highest population density just so happens to be where the highest proportion of immigrants live) and our overpopulated island is being overpopulated further.

So you want to blame immigrants?

Why not advocate less military spending, more money into the NHS and nationalising the cleaners who clean our hospitals? Make it illegal for dentists trained under the NHS to leave to go private after just a couped of years. Hell, a massive proportion of our NHS doctors and staff are immigrants I've seen figures higher than 50% being used, I'll try and find a source if you want.

Immigration isn't the problem, it's new labour selling out out social welfare and health services to private companies, and to hell with the foundation hospitals. Iraq is costing us an absolute fortune, that money should be used to help fund our health services.

I would still like to walk outside and see a nice British town full of British people (being in Britian n' all!!) Without getting stabbed by a gang of asians venturing out of their ghetto looking for trouble, I don't want to see a street that looks more like an arabic country than Britian, I'm not fond of mosques replacing churches in a christian country (even though I care not for religion) It goes on.
No, I don't like them. I also don't like British chavs - but the difference to me is minimal.

They aren't causing the problems that I mentioned in the other post, but are greatly amplifying them. Suffice to say, the problems would be much less dramatic if there was a tight immigration policy.
Nowhere did I say that every problem in the country is because of immigrants. What am I, Hitler?
