Well, i'm officially a "h4x0r"

Worst I've done was one of the teachers left Deep Freeze turned off on a computer, so I deleted the folder that deep freeze was installed in. A few days later this girl ratted on me and I was in the office cause I guess that somehow messed up the school network. I just said "I didn't mean to cause any harm" and all that stuff and the asst. principal let me go freely

I was have tempted on my old school's network to delete the kernel files :p I deleted several files for programs that monitor what you are doing wouldn't work, and need a reinstall. One day the teacher got all red and told whoever was messing with the network to step up (I wasn't there, was running late) so he never got an answer out of anyone. I was thinking about that floppy disk trick, where you remove things, and add things (won't say for obvious reason) and you load it up in the computer and double click on A drive, and the computer goes boom :)

I've seen that floppy drive thing, u brush off the tip of a match head or w/e and put it in the disk and when the comp tries to read the disk...cya later floppy drive or more damage.

Fun Fact: You know, h4x0r is remarkably similar to the swedish word for witches.

I'm the system admin for our household LAN... it's fun being able to screw with my mum's and my sister's computers from the safety of my room...

Heheh... mys sis has a tendency to start downloading large files without warning us, causing everyone else in the house's internet access speed to plummet drastically... fortunately, the LAN hub is in my room...

She still hasn't figured out why downloading large files seems to make her LAN connection fail...

you know, the real leetness derives from being able to fix the computer.

[oh yeah, timmy is leet! :D]

Umm, I don't use the match trick.

Okay get a regular floppy disk. Now open it, and be very carefully not to damage anything. Now get a pack of matches (has to be ones with a blue head) now scrape off the powder. Be very careful not to ignite it. now rub the match powder over the disk and then cover it with a layer of nail polish remover or similiar.

Leave this near a computer with the label 'death disk'. Someone will eventually pop it in.

When the computer reads it. It will cause a small fire. Destroying the computer.
Go on fellow pyromaniacs/vandals!

seriosly timmys the oney person who can say he is cool (apart from the match thing thats awesome) the rest of you are sad

A friend of mine did something like that, only when he got caught, he got suspended for a week. I'd be careful doing that. You can get kicked out off school for stuff like that in college, or fired if done at work.
