if i am correct valve was supposed to release the source code. to the public b4 the game came out.

wait nm i think they meant development kit/source w/e whats the diff :D?

btw dont expect hl2 this year or the near future
 gg newell you failed the half life 2 community once again.

Retard....

The difference between source code/SDK is HUGE. You can't see the technology behind a game with the SDK, it only provides the tools and files to edit the game, not the engine (which you can now)

And WHY did Gabe fail the community? I didn't see him hacking into Valve and stealing the sc.

"gg newell you failed the half life 2 community once again"

thats a stupid thing to say. how did hackers stealin the source code make him fail us?!

Congratulations "ValVed RaY" you now have ****** status.

Also,

When source codes are released its becuse their of no value anymore. Noone would give out the source code for a game like Half Life 2, this early (Besides from the fu*king hackers).

Failed the Half-Life community again? thats class well done! Valve only brought us the game, what more do you want? They dont owe us anything.
