I can't believe this! This just made my day that much better.

FINALLY, although those bastards deserve worse. Their protests are slander, so I'm surprised it took this long. Somehow I doubt the grieving family will see much (if any) of that, but it could be the first steps to destroying that "church."

Just so no one gets their hopes up, I'm under the impression this will likely get appealed, and then over-turned.

It's still a step in the right direction, I guess.
