Personally, I made the bad choice of going with xbox after an amazing time with PSX with games like mgs, silent hill, GT1, siphon filter etc. I was really dissapointed with overrated games like halo and splinter cell, so im putting my money on PS3.

If i was going to get one i would get ps3, don't ask me why, i don't want to get into an argument about which is better.

I will get both the Xbox 360 and PS3. Although I will attempt get the 360 right at launch, and the PS3 once the price drops. I like a lot of the Xbox's exclusive titles, but I will get the PS3 just because it sounds right now like it's going to be more powerful.
Buh! What am I saying, I will make my decision once E3 is over. :D

Im gonna be getting a Xbox 360 and Hopefully a new RADEON X800 XT.

All of them if i can. I always get all the new consoles.

Almost certainly the Revolution. Nintendo has always had the best first-party titles, and if the Revolution lives up to its codename, it'll be far more fun to use than the other consoles.

Besides, free online services? Yes, please.

Teh uber Xbox 360 and teh 1337 PC upgrades, baby!

There is no future in consoles. Viva el ordenador!
*taking computer upgrades*

Playstation 3

It's going to completely kill the other next generation consoles in sales just like the Playstation 2 did with the Xbox and Gamecube.

If i was to get one I;d get the xbox 360, but i'd rather upgrade my pc with that sort of money.

All three eventually, but the Revolution is the only one i'll definately get at launch. The others i'll get when 'must have' titles start to appear on them. Any money left over (which is quite doubtful :/) will go on pc upgrades.

PS3 or revolution and if I can PC upgrades

dependant on the games, but Im leaning towards xbox360.
my comp is already as powerful as it's gonna get this generation, I love pc... but man the games have been shite lately, at least on my xbox I can split screen some lovin' with friends.

I take that back, games have been shite in general all across the board. (obviously this excludes Hl2... but even that I played to death, dm has become tiresome, and I can't stand CS... DOD:S would be a welcome change ;) )
heres to the next generation :)

I'm getting all three consoles, XB360 = Christmas, PS3 = Hopefully April(My bday) and Revolution = When it's released.:)

Where's the "None of the above" option? :-\

Probably Revolution if it lives up to its name. I mean, what can the other consoles do extra to make them worth buying? Prettier graphics? Whoopdee ****ing doo, I've got a PC without fixed hardware for that.

ps3, all my fav games are gona be on it but thats coz i had a ps2, metal gear, pro evo, silent hill, grand theft auto, gran turismo etc., if i had a xbox i might go xbox360 coz of that consoles games but i dont so meh.

Gonna wait untill all three have come out. Then based on the games for each, I'll choose which one I want to buy...Untill then, pc upgrades baby!

Xbox360 and PC upgrades - Microsoft have aimed the Xbox360 at beating the PS3 hands down, and they are very confident of having done this. I still <3 my PC though, so I can't neglect it. Something tells me this year is going to be expensive.

Revolution and one PC upgrade.

I wouldn't spend a penny on a console that does nothing but offer the next gen graphics and nothing more. Games are feeling very stale to me nowadays and innovative gameplay is all that I care about. Hence the Revolution is my no-brainer choice.

I also will need a new video card for the ultra elite PC titles.

The Xbox360 is a wireless-enabled media centre that can play MP3s, videos and display photos from mapped network drives ... i'd say thats more than just 'next-gen graphics' ... but suit yourself, enjoy your Nintendo games that are all targetted at japanese children.

LOL, I will enjoy the Nintendo games. So what you're saying is that you can't play MP3s, watch movies or look at pictures currently at your home? Maybe your parents can buy you that stuff in addition to every other game system and PC upgrade you want.

Why would I need another MP3 player, another video player and another way to view photos? I don't want that stuff. I want a game system that innovates the way games are played. Playing MP3s is revolutionary and everything, but not what I'm after here. One day when you grow up and your nuts finally drop, you'll realize that there is more to life than photo-realistic shooters.

Very, very true. That's why I support Nintendo. Things they do have a habit of showing up on other systems years down the road. If they can come up with innovative ideas, other companies will use what worked and avoid the things that don't. Xbox isn't doing anything to help push gameplay forward. The shiny graphics are great and all, but not important to me.

PS3 and PC upgrades.

The Samon charity. Please make generous donations. :p

Being ever-faithful to my Nintendo, I'll probably end up with the Revolution first, then the PS3.

lol, have a penny.

*hands samon penny*

I would choose a Xbox360 for a console, but my money will defintely be on PC upgrades. I don't know anything about the revolution to make a sound debate.

PPU's coming out this christmas (Physics Processing Unit) is more than just innovative. To be personally honest the tech should of come out 2 years ago
