What do you people do to relieve stress?

I usually beat something with my nightstick, a old window, a door, maybe even bend some golfclubs.

I sleep, game, draw, write or read when I'm stressed. If the weather's okay I sometimes just go walking randomly

I'll do the following depending on the mood and magnitude of my stress:

1. Go running / jogging.
2. Lift weights
3. Watch a comedy.
4. Sit outside with my CD players, listen to some classical music or pretty, melodic electronica, have a cigarette, stare off into oblivion and admire the simplistic beauty of nature.
5. Same as #4, except go on a long walk.
6. If I'm extremely desperate and my lady isn't around or isn't in the mood -- hello porn sites, here I come.
7. Get a little buzzed from alcohol.

Theres is a particular band with particular songs that make me feel like bouncing up and down with joy, that never fails to get me from down to up :D

Word. Sometimes I'll listen to some up-lifting trance or electronica.

I drink a cup of coffee... and think about how meaningless the stuff that I have to do really is...

or

Going to the gym and running 20 minutes helps too.

Meditation. Deep meditation is an otherworldy experience, I have yet to experience something as wonderful as getting up after being in complete tranquility for 3-4 hours.
It helps against depression, stress, anger, worries, everything. And it's a great way to relax, even better than sleep.. Though it's hard to meditate for that long without music, this radio station: http://bluemars.org/cryosleep.php is great for this purpose.

If anyone wants advice on "how" to meditate, just ask, you don't have to sit in that stereotypical crosslegged weird way, you can do it lying down or sitting in a chair or any way that's comfortable.

A) Take an orange or something and listen to pink floyd on my bed through my iTrip (sorry had to add that last bit ;))

B) take a knife and cause havoc with a friend to the baby fern population of whitefield
