Maddox is quite a clever guy. Admitted, none of his stuff should be taken to heart, but there's often a meaningful undertone in some of them (i.e. the paradigm shift in computer games from gameplay coming first to graphics coming first, the way people are too easily manipulated by the media, the fact that - even in this day and age - racism is very much prevalent).

I like the guy. He makes for a good read.

maddox in undeniably a very intelligent individual, regardless of whether you like his sense of humor or not. He is basically a voice for all the geeks -- he himself is clearly an unashamed geek -- who hate society as much as he does but aren't half as intelligent as he is.
