1024x768, far from widescreen or a big resolution, just the "standard" these days.

(BTW, Right click and properties, shows the size of the image)

lol, his screenshot doesn't show that.. it's simply labeled "HL2 STUFF", which could mean screens and videos.

He also has a STALKER folder, which would leave me to believe this is the case

Well he has a HL2 icon in his quickstart bar but if he got the icon he could link it to anything.

Nice background VBN.
Mine is 3200x1200 (dual monitor). This was the 1st wallpaper I found for dual monitors that actually looked good. lol

There are lots of programs to skin the windows shell... and even some to completely replace it.

Aston Shell
LiteStep (replaces)
StarDock's suite of DesktopX + WindowBlinds + ObjectBar + ObjectDock + WindowFX
WinStep's NextStart + AltDesk

Those are the only ones I can remember right now.

StarDock's stuff is the most reliable... but it's not free.
Litestep is pretty interesting but I had some problems with it and when I tried it there weren't any OTS2-compatible skins.

Use jpg's.. open in mspaint, paste, and hit File, Save As, and select jpg

mspaint jpg quality sucks, but, it's better than nothing

But I use WindowBlinds XP 3.5 (I think that's what version it is). The theme is Longhorn M4 Plex with opacity and colored tweaked to fit the wallpaper that I made. 1024x768, IconPackager icons were used, also.
