dont have a lot of spare time so I'll probably only end up with 2 of those games

Hitman doesn't look like it'll be a Holiday release, by the way - seems to be aiming for Spring 2006 now.

Actually, the holiday season is the time of the year when I spend the least, because school's out and I don't get pocket money. It's kinda odd since most people spend the most during hols.

is hitman:blood money at all near completion or was that delayed to early next year

I had my little heart set on Twilight Princess, but thats out of the window now. ;(

Probably just Aftermath. :/

ya I heard they were about to do that but then decided to postpone their announcement

Civ 4, Aftermath.

Maybe Quake 4. Possibly CoD2.

I like the look of Stalker, but that's the distant future :p

I know :( - there's something very magical about loading up a Zelda game for the first time, it would have been perfect for Christmas.

Would have brought back memories of OoT, firing that up for the first time just before Xmas, but I'm getting all sentimental now. :D
 
I plan to catch up with some old continuations of favourites that I missed due to a broken PS2.

Aftermath for sure,
MGS3: Subsistence
MGS2: Substance (For the snake tales, I got tired of Raiden)

That's about it... and most of those I'll be buying myself.
 
I'm getting Oblivion (PC version) for the wife.

I just hope Zombie Master is out by then. :(

Hmm... Aftermath and Oblivion are my only certs.

There's a chance I might grab the likes of F.E.A.R. and Fable: TLC if they're a bit cheaper come January.
 
If I could only choose one, it would be Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones.
I also plan to rent a Playstation 2 and play Devil May Cry 3. But due to the BCTF teacher strike, there may not be a Winter Break for students in British Columbia.

edit edit : And I'll add The Suffering : Ties that Bind, the demo was awesome.

there's a demo ...but I was underwhelmed ..it's old school gameplay with newish graphics ...seemed boring to me, but that's just me
