Just toy around a bit and you'll find that you can make a tour, see clips from the game, use the computer, see the little girl, etc.

Yes, that is the cool thing, there was also a GameCube game that did that, making it seem like your T.V. was off etc.

Yeah, FEAR has bullet-time. Yawn etc.

But it does bullet-time really f**cking well. Seriously, better than any FPS I've seen. The shockwaves from grenades, and the particles and smoke and stuff... wow. Looks amazing. Certainly not added in as an afterthought, like 90% of games with this feature.

Also, I haven't seen another FPS do the whole 'insanity effect' thing like this either. And being able to flying-kick someone in the face in slow motion is new, too!

I watched a ten minute video of Fear's first level some time ago. Genuinely exciting stuff it was. Generic, maybe - but generic done with pizazz.
