I'm finding Team Fortress 2 pretty funny at the moment. The rush of people breaking out from their spawn zones with all the cheers and jeers echoing off the walls always brings a smile to my face. That, and the static taunts. The Pyro whilst weilding the fire-axe is my favourite.

Psychonauts is the funniest game I've ever played. Most games I play don't really even have much of a humor element, and even if they do, it's nowhere near the level of Psychonauts.
