1) Big CS:S update, with the missing maps like militia and assault, and maybe extra models so we can choose again
2) HL2DM
3) DoD:S (after all, they said it would be coming out "soon" two months ago)

some people seem to think they'll reveal the TF2 release date, but I highly doubt it.

Whats so unlikely about a tf2 release date? Seems possible.
And you know it cant be DoD:S because any game that I really want (Like HL2) never comes to me when i want it, and since I want DoD:S , it will be the last thing to be released ;(

I think it could be TF2 - they've been working on it for a while now, and would add another MP to the list. I still don't think there will be an official HL2 DM, though I might be mistaken.
