The poll just contains some of the most popular options that I know of(also only a 10 choice limit for the poll). If you prefer something different, please specify. Also, discussion on your favorite ethnic food and perhaps the place you best like to get it from is good too!

Me personally, I love Chinese Food the best. I have this great little chinese food place near me, called Express Wok, and I love nearly everything on their menu, but mainly always order their very delicious Cashew chicken.

If you need some help on picking something, there's a good list here of all sorts of ethnic food types.

Indian and Chinese are exceptional, but nothing beats a good English.

Nothing like a good spotted dick aye?

Heh, sorry, I couldn't resist!

Seriously though, that is one of the most unappealing food items i've ever heard of, just by the name.

One of the most repulsive foods i've seen, has been Balut eggs though. I just can't imigine eating those partially developed, feather covered duck babies with their beaks and feet and eyeballs all developed, all in that vile egg juices.

Chinese
Italian
Japanese
Mexican
Indian

All of them :o

The others aren't bad but they're not particularly great either

I was just commenting on the way you made me physically ill with one post!!!

:P

Nothing beats good old swedish meatballs! :P

Well, chinese food does, but except that...

chinese chinese chinese chinese!!

noodles and crispy duck! noodles and crispy duck!

o f'ing god i love that food.

I mainly prefer Italian, Mediterrenean (olive oil, lamb chops and feta cheese - yum) and Scandinavian food.

Italiano.

I don't know all of'em, though... so...

Italian > Every and any food ever made in the entire world from past to present to future and all-time!

booo no greek option!

and feta cheese and olive oil are greek inventions anyway :D

and whats all this ethnic nonsense, take away all those options and you would all still be eating turnips like baldrick! hehe

American - cheese burgers from mcdonald's. seriously

I love Chinese food. I love Panda Express' Orange Chicken with Chow Mein. *drool* In fact, I'll be getting some today. :D

Thai food is amazing, and easily my fave.

After that i'd say Chinese and Indian. Am a big fan of British food too (fry-up, sunday roast, shepherds pie, fish and chips etc)

I absolutely love california roll style sushi. I won't eat raw sushi, but if its presented in the same way and its cooked, I love it. I could eat a whole super platter of that stuff if I was hungry enough.

I can not eat sushi. The mere presence of it sickens me.

The raw sushi, or cooked sushi, or both?

Both. Bleccchh. :)

LoL, its just vegetables, rice and meat. Nothing more, nothing less. Seaweed is just as much a vegetable as any other type of plant. Except it grows in the water, not in the dirt.

Lettuce of the Sea! :P

I'm culturally ignorant when it comes to food. I do like those egg roll things that Chinese, Filipino, and Korean people serve. I love teryaki bowls.

I know I'm an American an all, but I just flat out prefer Southwestern barbecque any day of the week.

Other: Korean
1) Hye Dop Bob
2) Dolsot Bi Bim Bob
3) Kimchi Jigae
4) Doegi Kalbi
5) Jang Jo Rim, Myul Chi, Bob and a bottle of San SoJu

In -that- order :)

you really cant beat English food... but there are good alternatives if you feel like a treat, Chinese and Indian are tops, then Italian, American once in awhile... although it tends to be quite fatty. Mexican is great. But you just cant beat a traditional British Christmas roast, Turkey, Cranberry, White sauce, roast potatoes, sausages with bacon wrapped round em, yorkshire puds, ham, stuffing, alcohol stuffing, white wine, sherry, the whole lot, its just damn fab... oh yeah and them vegetables ;)

I'll vote mexican because that's what's "original" to these parts

Japanese, Thai, Indian, I loves them all!

Hauka *licks lips*

Guess what country thats from.....

Chinese food makes good stakeout food. Especially if you can get it in those little boxes. Perfect for eating whilst sitting in your car with a pair of high powered binoculars on the dash and a .38 strapped to your shoulder.
Just make sure your partner has a firm grip on his coffee before you need to floor it and speed off.
