I carry it in my right front. I find it's much more uncomfortable to wear it in the back pocket and sit on it.

I usually have my keys on a belt loop on the left, with the keys tucked into my back left pocket, cellphone in my right front pocket, then wallet in my back right pocket (that JUST holds cash), and then I have a "secondary" wallet kind of thing for my front left pocket that has my ID, credits cards, library card, school IDs, etc.

I used to keep it all in my wallet but I got mugged a few years ago and lost everything and it was such a colossal pain in the ass to replace it all.
