OK there v been some chaging in the layout and the skin of the site, in two days the site will be fully functional.:thumbs:

It seems very fast now, and much better than the purple, I think this layout owns; however, it is a bit dark and hard on the eyes, but I can get used to this

yeah, I'm half blind too, but this layout will take a couple days to adjust to; all these different forums I visit with brighter/darker colors, really kills ya

This design isnt hard-on-the-eyes. I love it!

I like the layout better then the steampowered forums, on those forums I have to turn the brightness WAY up.....

I dont like the menu on the left. A forum should be full screen, i hate having to move the horizontal slidbar.

Also you should put the 'whos online' thing back at the top of the page.

i like the old forum layout better, guess it was just what i was used to.. this seems.. different, plus the old one was a bit easier on the eyes, this one is pretty dark..

this site is wicked, im a designer by profession and i think its has what it requires and lays it out perfectly.
as for the colours, EVERYONE will complain about a site in someway or another about colour choice.

so what actually happened with the original host just 'pulling the plug' on HL2.net withou giving the mods time to move content over. Munro says they were 'screwed over' by the hosts, I'm just curious to know the details.
