Whats a good program to get rid of spam ?

yeah my sister ****ing comes in my room while im at work and messed up my fresh new installation >:O all these pop ups and adds and crap, spyware. how do i get rid of it!, what's the best free app i can use ?

Ad-aware 6 in conjunction with SpyBot Search & Destroy

Download both, update referenec files, scan for spyware, delete spyware. Problem solved :thumbs:
