A penguin with a grenade attached to his back like that cheat in Opposing Force. The Soviets did something like that in WWII but they used little dogs. They starved them and trained them to go under Nazi tanks. Only in real war they had explosives on their backs.

The Combine should have Synth mice or hamsters. They could bore under the enemy's skin and eat them from the inside out. That happened to me onetime.

Okay, now I'm being serious. There should be Synth dogs. And Synth dolphins. They could kick ass.

I remember seeing frog-like Synth creatures in the Citadel towards the end of Half-Life 2. I'd like to fight some of them, in-game. It's interesting to think what kind of abilities they could have, though.

Black Combine Elites would have the same rights. But I am talking about their armor being black. They would look cool, and perhaps have 2% more health than the regular Combine Elites.

I think the only problem with that is that they'd look almost exactly like normal Combine Soilders except for the eyepiece.

Eh, well, Regular Combine soldiers are dark blue, and have different masks with blue eyes. Elites have one "eye" in the middle of their mask that is red. So they would look different.
